The holidays are quickly approaching and for most excitement is building, but for many there is a quiet sense of dread because some traditions and celebrations will be different this year. If you or your family faces changes this season, please know you are not alone.

U-Turn is proud to offer our annual holiday event: Surviving the Holidays. Whether you’re processing a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or just overwhelmed by anxiety surrounding the season, you can choose from one of two tracks designed to provide holistic support for you and your family from seasoned leaders who have experienced their own difficult holidays.  The groups being offered are “Surviving the Holidays through Grief and Divorce.”
